Smoking Goose Meatery is one of our favorite local Charcuterie producers. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, they source their meat from local family farms who raise their animals on pasture. Stagberry Salame walks the line between sweet and savory, made with elk meat, blueberries and honey wine. The meat is velvety in texture with whole, mead-soaked blueberries adding deep color next to silky fat pockets. A must-try for lovers or cured meats! Each link weighs approximately 12 ounces.
