Coming to our case from the award-winning makers of Tarentaise, this stunning raclette-style gem gives us lovely butter, easy fruit, and a gentle bite on the palette with a classicly pungent nose. This cheese is made to be melted, especially in traditional Swiss cuisine over potatoes and onions. Of course we love it alone, too, or paired with a fruity Pinot or Syrah.
