Made on the Marqués de Griñon estate, from the first pressing of Picual and Arbequina olives picked no more than two hours before processing, this is an exemplary finishing olive oil. It has bright aromas of green tomatoes, freshly mown grass and artichokes with a pleasantly peppery finish.
