This rich and sticky round of camembert hails from Minnesota and touts savory flavors to rival any version from across the pond.


This is the first cheese from a young MN creamery founded in 2008. Keith Adams, formerly a baker, uses organic milk from a nearby farm to make this luscious camembert. Named after a bend in the Minnesota river this soft, flavorful cheese imparts savory notes of broccoli & cauliflower with a pleasant, toothsome rind.
