    $8.49

This cheese classic was made very popular by its infamous layer of ash through the middle. Like many things this led to many terrible versions out there in the cheese world. Rest assured that we have found one that stays true to its original recipe. This cheese has a thick, creamy texture and a sweet, milky finish. Learn More
  2. Stichelton

    Stichelton

    $17.49

This cheese is the world's only hand-made, raw milk Stilton. A rare example of raw milk blue cheese in England, Stichelton is made by gently coercing the organic milk into curds with only a small amount or rennet and starter cultures. The delicate curds are then hand-ladled into traditional English blue cheese moulds where they ripen into wheels of rich, creamy blue cheese with an earthy natural rind. The spice from the blue mold is balanced with notes of toasted nuts, cool butter and a caramel-like sweetness.

Our Stichelton arrives to us via Neal's Yard Dairy, purveyors of the finest English artisan cheeses. Learn More
