$9.99**Festival Feature!** Marieke Penterman is a native of Holland who moved to Wisconsin with her young family as a dairy farmer and soon began making cheese. Her namesake cheese, a semi-soft, creamy farmstead Gouda, is aged four to six months and made in a traditional “boerenkase” Dutch method with cultures and equipment imported from her native country.
