Seasoned with wine soaked cloves and juniper berries. Creminelli sources their wild boar from Texas and creates the beautifully gamey cacciatorini style sausage in Utah. Artisan Cristiano Creminelli learned his craft from his father and grandfather in the Piedmont region of Italy and we are delighted he is bringing these traditions to us! Each whole piece weighs about .40 lbs.
