Molinari and Sons
San Francisco, CA
Nothing says comfort food like an old family recipe and the Molinari family has been making their fine Italian salame for four generations. Since P.G. Molinari arrived in San Francisco from the Piedmont region of Italy and opened his own store in 1894, the family has been meticulously mixing, spicing, stuffing and aging their salame as the family recipe calls for. The salametti is dry-cured and made with pork, beef and a hint of garlic.
Each link weighs approximately 1/2 lb. Dry-cured, ready to slice and eat
